Intune Apps Bulk Assignment (multi-tenant)

Intune App Bulk Assignment enables administrators to quickly assign multiple groups to multiple applications in one operation, with support for assignment filters. The tool also lets you export all current assignments to an Excel (.xlsx) file for easy review and reporting.

Tenant configuration ▾

Authentication ▾

Status: select a tenant and sign in.

Bulk assignment / removal ▾

First click shows a summary of the operation, second click executes it.
Conflicts (e.g. different intents for the same target) are detected and those apps are skipped.

Filters ▾

Filters (platform + name) are applied to the table and Excel export.

Apps & assignments table ▾

No data – select a tenant and click “Sign in & load apps”.
